Increase And Improve Testosterone with the help of food

There are 2 ways to increase and improve the levels of Testosterone with the help of food.

They are :

(1) Eat and include foods in your diet, which boost the levels of Testosterone in your body.

(2) Not to eat and avoid foods from your diet or reduce and minimize the intake of foods which has negative impact or low level of Testosterone in your body.


First list of foods which improves and increase level of Testosterone are :

(i) Vitamin D (Sun Rays) - We need to have 15 to 30 minutes in a day of sun rays. Most probably, the time of sun rise will be best.


(ii) Beans - Once in a day or 3 to 5 times in a week.


(iii) Cruciferous Vegetables - Once in a day or 3 to 5 times in a week.


(iv) Garlic - We need to take it empty Stomach 2 pieces with honey.


(v) Spinach - Thrice in a week is helpful.


(vi) Sweet Potatoes - Twice in a day should be maximum.


(vii) Coffee - A cup of coffee before 6 PM will be best for this.


(viii) Pomegranate - A glass of Juice in a day can be very helpful in increasing and improving level of Testosterone.


(ix) Ginger - Ginger is also one of the key to increase and improve level of Testosterone.


(x) Onion - An Onion in a day will work for you to increase and improve the level of Testosterone.


(xi) Raisins - If we can take 4 to 6 pieces of raisins, it's going to work in increasing and improving level of Testosterone.


(xii) Honey - 2 tablespoons of honey will be enough in your day to day diet.


(xiii) Lemons - The addition of a piece of lemon is also essential in our day to day diet to increase and improve level of Testosterone..


(xiv) Banana - At last, two pieces of bananas will work a lot.





Second list of foods which kills or decrease the level of Testosterone are :

(i) Soy or Soy Bean products - Maximum once or twice in a week is enough, but more that that can be harmful.


(ii) Mint - Sometimes, but excess consumption will decrease the level of Testosterone.


(iii) Bread, Pastries & Deserts - Processed foods like these once in a week will not cause any problem, but it should be stop there after once in a week.


(iv) Deep Fry Food - Consumption of more than once in a week is harmful.


(v) Junk Food - Consumption of more than once in a week is harmful.


(vi) Nuts - We should Minimize the intake of this, but little bit is not going to harm us.


(vii) Tea - We should Minimize the intake of this, but little bit is not going to harm us.
